eComm Mobile Cutomer Offers & Targeting Project Manager.Lead Project Manager for a $5MM 2013 eCommerce Mobile Bank Key Initiative. This effort added a new marketing channel container to the Bank Of America mobile banking application which impacts 14MM+ mobile banking customers. Main point of contact for all business, technical and 3rd party teams. Managed all technical aspects of the project including requirements, design, coding and testing. Worked with infrastructure teams to ensure all front end and back end systems could support additional volume, capacity and storage. Ensured all performance testing was completed and signed off prior to deployment. Worked directly with business unit to develop pilot plans, customer production roll-out plans, associate readiness, training and transition to BAU plans. Owned $5MM project financial budget.
