Extensive design and planning experience in retail/commercial, multi-family residential, and mixed-use projects. Started my career designing and planning on large multi-family projects, both condo and for-rent projects for large national developers. This led to numerous urban design projects throughout California, mostly in LA and the San Francisco Bay Area. It was a natural transition to enter into the retail/commercial sector, the clients were already pushing for more mixed-use projects. Currently we are working on a lot of renovation and repositioning of old stores and retail centers.
