Designed to support 40+ BPS School Leaders of Color with professional learning workshops that will prepare and develop practical research-based solutions that can directly build and sustain strong school culture and/or increase student academic and/or socio-emotional growth by engaging in an interactive problems of practice process.

Cultivated a culturally relevant and responsive program where boys social, emotional, and academic selves receive the edification and scholarship needed to generate genius potential.

During my tenure as a Grade 5 Teacher, 97% of his Grade 5 students passed the English Language Arts (ELA) component of the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment of Skills (MCAS) test, with 63% of them scoring Advanced/Proficient; 97% of my students passed the Mathematics component of the MCAS test with 54% of them scoring Advanced/Proficient--annually outperforming the Boston Public Schools district averages.I also founded a Lego Robotics Program for youth ages 6 to 11, Mentoring Program for African American and Latino male youth, and Chess Program for youth 5 to 12 all at the Nathan Hale School.

Facilitated staff professional development on technology integration inside the classroom; facilitated technology workshops to get parents "plugged into" what's happening at school; and published school yearbook with collaboration from students, staff, and parents.
