From this budget I was able to upkeep all fitness room equipment including quarterly maintenance plan on treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes as well purchase any new free weights needed. I was sole manager of a community wide CRM that hosted all room rental reservations. I managed over 1000 reservations in this system. I managed the maintenance staff to ensure grounds were up to standard as well as with vendors to keep facilities in working condition. I co-planned golf events with golf pros. I booked outside events and entertainment to generate income for Activities department. I coordinated 4th of July/Memorial Day and other holiday parties for entire 1400 home community.
