The operations team is in charge of the necessary planning, training, and owns the day to day operations of assigned accounts. Some of the specific duties of an Operations Coordinator include:- Onboarding of clients and warehouses and project planning before the go-live date and keeping both parties aligned and aware of Flexe's expectations. - Training clients and warehouses on the Flexe software platform with live site demonstrations via WebEx and answering any specific questions users may have with the software.- Setting up assigned reservations in the Flexe platform once pricing and contracts have been negotiated by sales and making sure required steps are taken by the clients before go-live. - Attending to problems that arise with current accounts and taking immediate action while keeping a constant line of communication with our clients and warehouse partners.- Tracking and entering financial adjustments for any out-of-system billing needs relating to projects. Also, working with our accounting and accounts payable departments to research and resolve any billing descrepencies that come up. - Providing client support with technical issues via email or phone while using Salesforce to track cases allowing insight on the amount of time taken for each case.

Quality Assurance was a position comprised of a small team of individuals in a regional Walmart Distribution Center in charge of inventory management and data processing for a 1.2M square foot facility. The position itself was a fast-paced, detail-oriented, problem-solving position that required excellent organization and task-management skills. The duties included:-Running several daily and weekly audits for inbound and outbound inventory in regards to DOT and Hazmat regulations.-Correcting inventory counts shorted by damages, expired product, recalls, mispulls, etc. and documenting instances to prevent future occurrences.-Providing customer service for 2 receiving docks for system inaccuracies or inventory issues related to products and following strict, specific procedures for all problems.-Taking corrective action with inaccuracies by researching purchase orders, receiving logs, previous adjustments, etc. and documenting root-cause of specific issues and creating procedures to stop common problems.-Planning and executing specific warehouse projects in regards to inventory control and continuously trying new procedures and tools to improve quality.-Communicating through email and Slack to multiple departments and shifts while clearly explaining issues, projects, and procedures that are important to daily functions.
