Directly supported the Integrated Vehicle Health Management (IVHM) team for the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and E/A-18G Growler by collecting and analyzing Built In Test (BIT) data from flight and ground operations in support of the High Order Language (HOL) development. Member of the BIT improvement team that actively documents and trends BIT false alarms and aircraft failures to improve fault detection and isolation, minimizing redundent maintenance through software changes, Digital File Filters (DFF) and Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETMs) changes. Provides Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) support for Navy developmental avionics systems to determine system reliability, maintenance personnel and spare parts requirements. Debriefed, collected and processed flight data encompassing more than 900 flights and over 1,700 flight hours annually.
