I am an accomplished creative professional that began my career in design, art direction and brand development, that ultimately led to my passion for marketing in a broader context. With experience in a myriad of industries, I have had the opportunity to expand my creative talents beyond design, by embracing technology and integral business practices to build a successful career as a high performing marketing professional; as well as a driven leader who achieves results through deep collaboration and a lead by example work ethic.With a deep-rooted background in traditional marketing and advertising practices, I bring experience and enthusiasm to every organization, project or challenge, supporting and encouraging team members to accomplish shared goals. I understand how to effectively leverage resources, relationships and integrated technologies to bring campaigns to life and create value for clients - and thrive on creative challenges by providing leadership in delivering innovative solutions with measurable results.Over the years I have developed a respected set of skills and accomplishments that have earned various leadership roles and management level positions. In my most recent role as Marketing Manager, I directed company-wide web development, marketing automation, digital and video media as well as all sales collateral. In addition, I’d collaborate with the company’s IT, training, customer service and sales operations to drive continuous improvement of our products and services. I also had the privilege to work closely with the leadership team on driving internal process improvements, company culture and overall customer satisfaction.
