The rise of Artificial Intelligence and Marketing Technologies has transformed the field of brands, business, sales and marketing. Recognising this need, BEAM Automation was established to leverage automation as a game-changing tool across various industries.BEAM Automation will purely focus on Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Chatbot & Ai Integration, plus CRM setup & training.Before taking on this position, I served as the Director of BEAM Creative for over seven years. Building upon the success of the BEAM brand, I decided to create BEAM Automation. With more than 25 years of experience in design, print, web, social media, branding, inbound marketing, CRM systems, and now automation, I bring a wealth of expertise to this role. Additionally, I hold certifications as a CRM and HubSpot Specialist.My true passion lies in working within the realm of brands. I thrive on creating, developing, and nurturing brands. And I offer brand consulting services for key clients. I like to delve into the complexity of brands, encompassing their functions, design, assembly, integration, performance measurement, and audience interaction. And make sure they stand out.Starting my career as a graphic designer, I gained valuable experience working with both small and large studios, agencies, and freelancing. In 2005, I founded my own design firm, 'Identity Creative,' and later joined forces with Natalie Potter to establish BEAM Creative in 2015.With my extensive experience in design, marketing, advertising, and various other areas, I have witnessed a wide range of outcomes - both positive and negative. But my main goal is do it responsibly to ensure the brand / business grow the correct way, and to ensure that they aren't waisting their marketing spend incorrectly.
