I was employed by Norfolk Holdings Group a leading provider of integrated engineering solutions owning companies including O’Donnell Griffin, Haden and Resolve FM.My brief was to insource the network and unified communications systems from GEN-I and transform them according to the business needs. I was responsible for strategic planning, maintenance and development including all day to day operations, service improvement projects, site rollouts and closures. I held several ITIL roles including member of CAB (Change Advisory Board) and Major incident process manager and provided input into Service Catalogue and Service Level Management.I managed the recruitment process for the engineers that supported the network.Norfolk was taken over by RCR during the latter part of my employment. During this period I also added the duties of Infrastructure manager including 8 direct reports as Norfolk ICT was transitioned over to RCR.
