My personal mission is to help creative problem solvers get rewarded so their solutions can bless more lives.Since I switched from designing products as an electrical engineer to patent law at the #1 patent firm in the world in the early 2000's, my focus has been on multiplying value of businesses that have patents and trademarks. My unique processes integrate sophisticated IP, operations, and marketing skill sets to empower 7-8 figure businesses to scale up, increase operating profit, and command higher multiples at exit. I love applying over 30 years of A-level engineering and patent expertise to help innovators succeed in business. I have a track record of stepping in to solve really hard technical, legal, and business problems that others have not been able to solve. This is way too much fun. When innovators succeed, the world becomes a better place for them, their customers, employees, and all the lives that are touched because the innovator successfully marketed and sold safer, healthier, or more efficient products. My own innovative contribution to the world includes my proprietary system that I call "LITIGATION QUALITY PATENT"(R) protection. This system was inspired by my belief that a patent is fundamentally a business asset that should be engineered to make sizable profits for its owner.
