I have been in the aftermarket electronics business since 1989. I started in sales and management of various electronics at Radio Shack. I then worked as an installer and supervisor at a cellular phone company where I learned the need for high quality installation on both the retail and wholesale level. I founded Autowerks, Inc., in 1990, specializing in the sale and installation of consumer electronics on both the consumer and car dealership level. After selling that business, I went to work for Teletrac, one of the largest vehicle tracking providers at the beginning of the GPS tracking industry. I excelled through various levels within that business until my philosophy — the customer is why we exist and we are here to serve them, not the processes — clashed with upper management. At that time, I decided to part ways and start my own business. This new venture, Team TSI, has revolutionized the fleet vehicle installation business. Since its inception in 1998, we have completed over 500,000 installations for the largest fleets across the US.I have valuable experience and skills in Fleet Vehicle Installations, GPS tracking, WiFi, Structured Cabling, Project Management, Fleet Vehicle Electronics, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Point of Sale (POS), Humanitarian Relief, Executive Management and World Missions.In addition to business activities, I enjoy and am involved in humanitarian efforts, world missions, my church, and family consisting of my beautiful wife and 6 daughters. I founded and continue to manage a non-profit, Acts2HelpOthers, which brings humanitarian aid worldwide.
