Oversees the trading system architecture within the Energy Management business. A key figure in driving solutions and maximising the potential of the Trading system IT estate. Also oversees the overall governance framework across our IT investment portfolio. My key focus is doing the right projects the right times and ensuring our project teams have what they need to succeed

Ensuring formal governance is in place to achieve this.Responsible for maintaining Centralised Project Management System and chasing Project Managers for information. Manages the change control process for all projects within the account. Manages overall projects view within the BBC account for Senior Management.
