As Founder of the company and original inventor of the technology, my board role consisted of serving as a domain expert to the board & coach to the management team. I led the product vision & roadmap, "big market bets" as well as business strategy and corporate affairs.

In founding PageCloud, I wrote a world class web publish engine that included what would be over 15 patent pending technologies in the original product. With that, I validated the product use cases with potential customers, raised seed financing to build the founding team and launched the company from scratch.Key Accomplishments:✓ Personally developed the original core PageCloud technology, including 18+ patent pending world firsts for the Web Publishing industry✓ Led the creative effort of brand development and user experience design in all aspects.✓ Ran one of the most successful pre-order campaigns of a SaaS product in history, generating $1.6m in sales in the preceding 6 months to launch, at a $99 price point.✓ Became a Finalist at TechCrunch NYC introducing the technology to the world✓ Secured over $12 million in funding for the company over several rounds✓ Became a thought leader & polished public speaker on startups and the web publishing space✓ Built out the founding team, executive team and grew the company from inception through Series A

✓ Personally developed forward thinking software development planning & reporting software to assist dev teams in delivery on-time & on-budget, by using past team & individual performance metrics to inform construction of more highly accurate product schedules in an empirical way.✓ Founded the company & developed the patent pending IP.✓ Secured seed funding for the company & operated for 5 years, servicing thousands of users.

As head of product, developed core IP and designed user experience for "corporate social networking" apps, before social networking was a thing. Conceived of new use cases, designs, product strategy & ran implementation.✓ Working closely with the CTO, co-conceived of core intellectual property and product plans.✓ Took over the development team at Series A and installed a mature product roadmap and development process that improved efficiency, predictability and transparency into roadmap milestones that had not existed in the company, prior.✓ Led 2 separate product teams serving different segments of our target market simultaneously.

At company inception, joined as a founding team member. The company developed website visitor and e-commerce analytics applications, before this product category existed and eventually became mainstream.✓ Personally built initial product for the Founders, then serve as head of product to build out the development team.✓ Working with the CTO, co-conceived product strategy & inception✓ Successfully led every aspect of product development across 5 simultaneous product teams near the dawn of e-commerce✓ Over a 2 year period, delivered every product release on-time to-the-day.✓ Recruited and mentored the 5 development teams (35 total developers).✓ Served as a management representative at Board meetings, regarding product development

Joined a market research analytics company that served large retailers with thousands of locations throughout North America. The company developed data collection (survey) software and hardware products that could be deployed remotely, then send their data back for automated analysis at HQ.✓ Joined as a "junior" developer, and within 3 months was promoted to run the team, with unanimous support from a team of more experienced developers.✓ Conceived of multiple simultaneous product lines including: embedded surveying devices (tablets and point of sale computers), remote monitoring devices, reporting & analytics software and more.✓ Organized, coached and mentored the development team, installing mature development processes & improving departmental predictability.✓ Liaised with the rest of the departments regarding development capabilities, available resources and product planning to service internal customers.✓ Promoted during my 4 years from Developer, to Manager, to Director before moving on to my next company.

Applied to a multimedia computer-based training company as a 1st year student, believing that my 11 years hobby programming experience would suffice in lieu of a degree (I started coding when I was 9 and had a portfolio of games and business applications to show).✓ During my tenure, became the highest performing developer on the team (product quality, achieving tight timelines, best user experience) within first few months.✓ Took initiative to work with CTO to experiment with next-gen technologies that could be integrated with the company's toolchains and conceived of next-gen product frameworks between official projects.
