Craig Franco, a partner at Odin, Feldman & Pittleman, is a trial attorney in the firm’s Litigation practice group. He has extensive experience in jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts. His diverse civil practice encompasses the representation of management in fiduciary duty claims, employment discrimination claims, trade secret litigation, trust and estate litigation and a variety of commercial contract disputes. Prior to his association with the firm, he was a state prosecutor, where he tried numerous jury and non-jury cases. That experience, along with Mr. Franco’s civil defense litigation background, enables him to resolve a broad range of litigation matters in state and federal courts.
