A new Head of Cruise Operations was brought in and she recruited me as her Charter Cruise Manager to be onboard and manage the customer facing product, the charter agreement between the operator and shipping line and more importantly work closely with her to deliver profit and industry leading customer service results. Through effective change management techniques, an open, honest and persuasive approach and inspirational leadership we were able to turn around the fortunes of this division and deliver a third of the Page & Moy and Travelsphere group profit in 2009.
