Brought in initially to provide oversight of a 3rd Party Project to refresh the technology in the Credit Card Contact Centre (Telephony, Architecture, Virtualisation of Desktop & Server), I also managed the upgrade of Complaints Handling Software, reviewed and implemented cost saving initiatives in Print & Fulfilment, along with other cost saving initiatives and involvement in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning and testing.

Having recently landed two new clients, Ikano required a PM/BA hybrid to work with the clients to define the services to be provided, and implement the technical solutions required to support. This included multiple data feeds (definition, development, test & deployment) campaign management & analytics definition. Campaigns included multi-channel definitions in a B2C relationship, estimated at 15,000+ communications a week.

Recruited with knowledge of the business to run a number of small projects, moved on to support a tender process to consolidate 3 print & mail vendors into 1, and to progress from decisioning, through project and into delivery.

During my time at Ikano I have completed approximately 10 Projects, including Consumer Credit Act Regulations, Core System Upgrades and In Sourcing of previously Out Sourced Solutions.

Sister Company to previous Client (Creation Financial Services) , I was brought into LSN to carry out the same role, providing a Project Management / Business Analysis hybrid role to support the implementation of a single Marketing Campaign Management Tool (Affinium).As at LSN, I was also able to assist the main Core System Migration project by providing Advanced Testing Tools written in Java.

At Creation FInancial Services I acted as Project Manager for one workstream of a Core System Upgrade. My own workstream managed the implementation of Dual Marketing Campaign Management Tools (smartFocus and Affinium) and the database infrastructure necessary to support them. I also provided assistance in the testing of the mainframe (Core System) using Advanced Testing Tools written in Java.

Ay GMAC RFC I acted as a Business Analyst, working with the business to define Business and Functional Requirements, working with the in house Development Team to convert those requirements into solutions and then support the System Test Team and User Acceptance Teams through to Sign Off and Implementation.
