I have mentored boards of directors of companies with turnovers in excess of £5 million, providing results and client satisfaction. This involves working closely with the board, assessing a range of business operations, including strategy, and understanding what their barriers are to growth. - Represent the UK on the Environment Sector Group, which is the link between the European Union and environmental businesses. I am a well known member of the group, representing the South East and the UK at the twice yearly meetings and relaying pertinent information to clients and Innovate UK. - I forge collaboration between UK businesses and partners from around the world through the EEN platform. My successes include linking an innovative medical technology company in the UK with European hospitals, which has accelerated their time to market and increase the revenue for some of my clients by identifying customers, which ended in signed contracts. This included selling the system and projects, analysing the results and mentoring junior colleagues. - devise a method of monitoring pressure waves in pipes and the effects of opening and closing valves. - statistical analysis of water efficient technologies and tariffs, which was used by water utilities so they could understand which technologies and water charging combination saw customers use the least water with highest satisfaction rates.
