Craig began his career at Oracle in 1995 as a license contract specialist responsible for drafting and negotiating some of Oracle's largest contracts. During his time with Oracle Craig worked his way up the organization until he was named Global Vice President for Contracts, Business Practices, and Migrations. It was in this position that Craig created and implemented Oracle's global contracting strategy. He headed up a global team that was charged with drafting, negotiating, and managing Oracle's commercial contracts for both licenses and services. Craig also lead the Global Customer Audit team at Oracle. This audit organization (License Management Services) is responsible for finding license compliance issues by targeting and auditing customers. Finally, Craig was the finance lead on Oracle's customer CIO advisory council and represented Oracle on the Oracle User Group, Licensing and Contracting Committee.
