Expertise spans Mergers & Acquisitions, Wall Street/Capital Markets, Strategic Leadership and Global Markets; with an early career at Bain & Company in strategy consulting and 18 years experience at Bain Capital in US, Australia, China, Korea and SEA, including sourcing opportunities, building relationships, performing due diligence, executing/negotiating deals, managing/directing businesses post acquisition and monetizing investments.As a former director of MYOB, Fleetcor, Contec and Retail Zoo, Craig has extensive experience on both domestic and international, public and private company boards across multiple industries.At Bain Capital, Craig was a key player in completing numerous platform/add-on acquisitions and debt financings ranging from $100M to $1B+ as well as executing 2 IPO’s. He has a global personal network in the business, investing and capital market communities and is highly experienced in software/technology, financial services/tech, education, and healthcare/retail/consumer strategies and operations.As a Managing Director, Craig spent 5 years (2010-14) living in Hong Kong, advising and supporting Bain Capital’s business in Greater China on the following investments: China Fire, ChinaPnR, Gymboree China, RISE Education and Uniview. Craig also led Bain Capital’s Australia market entry, sourcing and completing 2 platform (and several add-on) acquisitions in ANZ. Craig sat on the investment committee of the Asia Fund from 2010-14, evaluating opportunities in China, India, Japan, Korea, SEA and Australia.Craig earned his Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, Masters of Science in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Princeton University.
