After completing Offer Candidate School, I was assigned as Platoon Leader with the additional duties of Safety Officer. In that role, I managed and supervised a platoon of 22 soldiers, overseeing all day-to-day operations and general care of the soldiers. Additionally, approximately $7 million of equipment was under my jurisdiction. In all, I served as the Convoy Commander for 10 missions, ensuring that each was carried out as ordered by the Commanding Officer. All missions were executed to satisfaction, with no injuries or equipment damage incurred.In 2013, I took on the role of Human Resources Officer and supervised 5 soldiers in the S1 staff. My responsibilities included full accountability for over 350 soldiers' attendance and participation in drills and annual training exercises. I also performed award ceremonies and tracked personnel issues that were pertinent to soldier readiness.After working in Human Resources, I was assigned as a Battalion Fire Direction Officer. In this position, I supervised 10 soldiers. In addition to initiating and verifying the safety of each fire mission, I also maintained the battle rhythm in the fire direction center.My current position as Brigade Fire Control Officer is also a supervisory role. I oversee 5 soldiers in the Brigade Fire Direction Center and ensure the safety of my team as we execute fire missions.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS► Maintaining an excellent safety record► Serving as a Victim Advocate for those who have suffered sexual assault► Safely firing 42 training rockets at Camp Guernsey with no injury to personnel or damage to equipment► Writing the Battalion TACSOP and updated the Battalion SOP for the Fire Direction Center

In this role, I was the gatekeeper for the Human Resources Office and a trainer for the New Employees Orientation program. My responsibilities also encompassed spearheading key projects, managing changes in compensation and benefits according to duty status, and processing Federal Workman's Compensation claims.In 2010, I was temporarily promoted to the role of Human Resources Specialist and then again to Supervisory Human Resources Specialist in 2011.
