Support and manage all IT related services for the Sapulpa Police & Fire department. • Support our computer-aided-dispatch software, records-management-system, local networking, cellular connectivity, officer mobile workstations, access management systems, security camera systems, administrative applications, etc.• Support hardware & software projects pertaining to system maintenance, upgrades, or new implementations with a variety of vendors.

Managed over 200 IT support applications for the wealth management group. Applications included Bloomberg, Intrader, Pershing, AWA, Moveit, Tradeweb, and SSMS for our SQL databases.My specific role was operational support during the day for all of the applications. My team also was on an on-call rotation during evenings/weekends every six weeks. This would consist of restarting AWA jobs, troubleshooting application issues, remoting into users' individual machines, performing routine application upgrades, and working with the NOC or infrastructure team on operational issues.

• Manages the Loan Origination Software (LOS) that Gateway uses to generate mortgages, called Byte.• Perform companywide Byte application software updates, develop macros/reports for improved functionality, update the Byte web portal, implement new application functionality, and perform various administrative duties for Byte.• Programming duties include javascript and SQL for macros, .NET for the web portal, and SQL queries in SQL server management studio (SSMS) in our dev database.

*Operated a small kayak fishing business which entailed opening/closing the physical store, selling product to customers, customer service, working with vendors, receiving products from shippers, and throughly cleaning the establishment
