Founder of the charitable movement providing free chiropractic care for veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan. It started as one office in October 2010 and had grown to 127 UK offices providing £4.4 M worth of care by 11/11/11.

For almost a decade I have worked with the team at LIFE Chiropractic helping 1000s of people across the North East including GPs, nurses, solicitors, accountants, street cleaners & more ... to regain health and quality of life which they thought had been lost for good. We do this by restoring balance to the nervous system by rebalancing the spine, by working with people using accelerated learning and experiential techniques to inspire people to accelerate healing by modifying their habits in the areas of nutritional, exercise, mental attitude and rest.

In its first 4 months, thanks to the generosity of the chiropractic community “Hands for Heroes – Free Chiropractic Care for War Veterans” raised over £1.4Million worth of free chiropractic care for retired and active servicemen and women who have served in Afghanistan and Iraq.Hands for Heroes was founded by Craig Hindson an internationally successful chiropractic businessman, author and trainer.Craig says, " Today, I have more health and energy than I know what to do with but a few years ago it was a much different story. I came back for the 2003 Iraq war (my 3rd war zone) and for the first time in my life I was flat... it went downhill... I had a major breakdown ... I went down the usual route of medication ... things got worse ... if I had had an "off-switch" I would have flicked it...thankfully I met an 80 years old chiropractor who taught me some principles which made sense to me...I took myself off the medication... applied these principles and started to regain my health.3 weeks into my recovery I was a witness to someone ending their life because of a major loss of health and I know that if that person had understood some of the principles I had been taught, it would not have been that way. So I have been working to spread and over the last 5 years I have helped nurses, GPs, health professionals, solicitors, judges, street cleaners and other war veterans using these ideas. 18 months ago I convinced the chiropractor at LIFE chiropractic to give free care to war veteran’s from Afghanistan and Iraq - today (Jan 11) over 40 offices are giving free care and the aim is to have 100 UK offices serving war veterans by 11/11/11 providing £3.5 million worth of care through the website www.handsforheroes.org”
