This skill helped teach how to handle money, collect money, and return the proper amount of change to each customer on a daily basis.• This job provided insight on how a restaurant is run and how to own and operate one. Preparing and selling food wasn't the only thing learned, things that were also learned about were: budgeting, proper inventory, sanitation, and also the hiring/ firing process, which are all skills that are needed when being a successful entrepreneur.
