Duties and Responsibilities include...• To support current Container Terminal Operations and to develop and implement operational systems and processes for Liverpool2• Complete revenue reporting and reconciliation and project administration as required, including updating Gantt charts and process maps • Aid in the development of Role Based Training material and lead training of operational systems and processes where appropriate • Produce and maintain system and process documentation• Through data analysis, support terminal management to identify and analyse requirements and suggest new operational designs or enhancements that would improve business process and technology and customer service• Undertake User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new software or software builds, prior to deployment• Account for the production of statistical analysis and KPIs for department heads on terminal performance, as required

Duties and Responsibilities included…• Communicating with plant drivers on a constant basis via a Radio system• Ensuring containers were loaded to vessels in the correct planned locations• Ensuring the correct containers were discharged from vessels • Liaising with vessel planners to ensure productive operations• Working alongside management to ensure vessels kept to their schedule• Working as part of a team on a daily basis• Developing and training new operations controllers and hatch clerks• Working flexible shifts (Night/Day – from 4 to 12 Hours)
