Management of a team of fourteen creatives. Provided creative direction to the Studio and Marketing teams to ensure Brand consistency across business units. Worked with the Brand Director to reinvigorate the company history into its purpose & values.

Responsible for managing a team of twelve designers and copywriters over two locations. Implemented a brief management system combining two historic processes into a quick, easy to use system that removed unnecessary admin for both the Studio & our clients.

Adding to my role as Design Executive, I took on extra responsibilities of leading the team with extra management duties and creative direction

Joining the newly created in-house studio, I was responsible for liaising with multiple marketing teams to create literature across print & digital. While in this role I also implemented the ability to create in house video content including filming, editing and animation.

This role started off as an assistant to the Communications Team, but over time it came to include my skills in Graphic Design and Photography, which became the main focus of my daily work, along with the management of our Intranet site.
