I am an experienced Recruiter with mostly IT Recruitment industry experience. I've enjoyed the challenges the industry has provided me as well as enjoyed working with people from various backgrounds and learning from others. Although I have experience in IT recruitment, I find there is always more to learn in this ever changing landscape. I have gained an understanding of various roles gained from my years of recruiting in the IT sector. I have a developed an interest in Agile and completed a Certified Scrum Master course which have given me better insight into the role of a Scrum Master and which also helps me in applying the Scrum values of commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect in my everyday life.
