First full time employee at Bamboo as Head of Growth. Operating in a start-up environment with limited resources I found myself doing most of Marketing, Product and Design tasks. Responsible for acquiring new users, retaining users, designing new product features, forming strategic partnerships and co-hosting Crypto Curious (podcast).

- Manage the always on trading program in digital- Continued to manage the 9 external affiliate partnerships - Scrum master for Rapid offers, liaising with stakeholders across multiple teams and agencies including Product, Legal, Retail and Small Business- Holding all stakeholders/agencies accountable to deliver on multi-channel rapid campaigns- Executed on strategic partnerships with major vendors with detailed reporting back to them, including Apple, Samsung and Google.- Managing and working closely with my digital programmatic traders to ensure quality reporting back to the business for both digital and affiliate marketing

- Manage the 9 external affiliate partnerships (YouCompare, WhistleOut, Finder, Rakuten, Compare TV, Compare BB, iSelect, Canstar Blue & WhatPhone).- End-to-end campaign development, implementation and management for digital marketing initiatives across display placements. - Manage digital campaign creative and copy across the affiliate portfolio and assigned digital marketing projects.- Manage external relationships with affiliate partners and both creative and media agencies- Manage internal relationships with wider CMO, Product, Telstra Digital, Legal and other key stakeholders to drive successful campaign outcomes - Work together with the 1:1 campaign managers to drive integrated 1:1 and digital activity- Support the Consumer Fixed, Consumer Mobility & Business Marketing team on their digital strategy and Digital performance/SIOs. - Campaign reporting, optimisation and tracking against KPIs and ROI

Key responsibilities for a managed portfolio of vendors including: Pure Storage, Cylance, Tenable, Avaya, Sonus and Varonis.Key requirements:- Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns- Designing and execution of partner incentives & rebates, including liaising with finance, legal and operations departments- Content and copywriting for blogs, social posts, eDMs and landing pages- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors marketing teams- Developing quarterly marketing plans for managed vendors- Ensuring efficient use of vendor funds (MDF) with emphasis on predictable and measurable ROI- Improved marketing processes through our automation platforms to ensure we kept data clean and up to date- Presenting multiple proposals to vendors to ensure MDF with measurable ROI and effective follow up strategy - Leveraging all parts of the business to support the success of a marketing campaign

Creating a range of digital campaigns in our marketing platform (HubSpot and Pardot). This includes the following:- Create eDMs, landing pages, and workflows.- Create analytics reports for campaigns implemented in HubSpot and Pardot- Data cleansing including reviewing hard bounces from each campaign and updating data inside HubSpot- Manage marketing lists for campaigns in conjunction with the Vendor Marketing Managers- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager, Content Marketing Manager and other team members to analyse our digital and content marketing and implement changes where required.-Successfully integrated all marketing collateral from Hubspot to Pardot

- Ran all Social Media platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Linked in- Establishing partnerships with corporates- Developed and implemented campaigns for email and online advertising- Created effective messaging using language, graphics and marketing collateral.- Utilized Marketing tools- The ability to establish a relationship with the client and converting into sales.- Updated the way quotes were sent to customers, converting into more sales
