• Within this role I:
• Developed a successful e-newsletter informing residents in the northern suburbs of Facility Development in their area.
• Used AutoCAD to develop standardised floor plan furniture layouts across all Community Centres and Clubrooms.
• Used AutoCAD to develop sporting field layout plans that are being used by Land Developers to assist with planning new areas.
• Developed Google Virtual Tours of Community Centres for the City's website.
• Project Manager for the implementation of swipe card and CCTV into Community Centres across the City.

• In my first leadership role, I:
• Built relationships with local businesses to supply sporting equipment to our facility patrons.
• Promoted the facility to National League Sporting Teams, and provided visiting NBL teams with a training venue in Perth.
• Researched and development into the provision of court cleaning machinery to prolong the life or City assets, and provide a higher quality surface for patrons.

• In this role:
• I was awarded the 2007 Customer Service Week Award.
• I was the nominated change champion for the City's new website management software.
