* Christina Seix Academy – Trenton NJ Just Completed this $31 million GMP project expanded the existing campus of this innovative, independent, live in educational facility. On a highly compressed and restrictive schedule, simultaneously constructed 4 new buildings, roads and all associated civil improvements: 62,000-SF of student residential cottages with resident educator apartments, classroom space and dining areas (1 shown above); a 13,500-SF faculty residence with 13 individual apartments; and a security building.

* Formulated and initiated successful compliance strategies to address aggressive regulatory requirements which was severely impacting this Two Billion Dollar project.* Corrected policies, instituted efficient procedures and spearheaded relationships that all but eliminated stop orders, saved enormous costs and moved the construction forward.* Serve as liaison to DCA, DEP and other regulatory agencies for both PCL and Owner. Coordinate all activity and interface with agencies from plan review through to CO.

* After an abrupt departure of VP with key staff on medical leave, directed all construction and asset improvements for Marx Realty & Improvement Co., Inc. (May - October 2013), including closing out two projects valued at 20 million Dollars until the return of staff.* Serviced up to 30 commercial and residential projects in various stages of development thru concept, due diligence, design, construction and closeout for Marx, Let Me Build LLC and others. Traveled to properties and sites through out the East Coast.
