OwnerStorm Kettles Australia Pty Ltd May 2012 - PresentThe famous Eydon STORM Kettle is a hallmark of simple design and incredible efficiency. Adapted from old style handmade kettles constructed by western Irish crofters, the STORM kettle is both rugged and reliable. It gets the job done quickly without the need for gas or liquid fuels.STORM Kettles boil water easily, in the wettest and windiest of weather, both rapidly and safely. Owner / Principal ConsultantLeft Hand Side Jun 2006 - Apr 2018Independent IT & Business Consulting. I am focused on leveraging technology to improve profitability - particularly for small to medium businesses that often don't have access to experienced and business oriented technical advisors - and I'm a fan of business process automation. (Feel free to ask what that means!)I've been riding the technology wave for over thirty years from giant mainframes through to contemporary cloud solutions. And I've seen lots of money wasted on technologies that promised much but delivered little. It doesn't have to be that way! My job is to deliver practical technology solutions that let you focus on doing what you do best. I can help with planning, product selection, installation and implementation and on-going systems management.

Director - Consulting ServicesAustralian Project & Consulting Services / Apcs 2000 - Sep 2014APCS has always had a strong focus on getting things done by delivering the technology projects that you need - on time and on budget. We do this by working with you to develop a crystal clear understanding of your business requirements - and then we translate them into technical specifications. From there we develop thorough project plans and we make certain that your suppliers and internal staff deliver what you need, when you need it.During late 2011, APCS and AchieveIT merged operations to become the "new" AchieveIT. This new structure recognised that, as well as sharing owners, the two organisations shared many customers. AchieveIT customers now have the benefit of a "one-stop shop". We can help them understand their problems, deliver their projects and the associated business changes and, of course, we can manage their systems on an enduring basis if required. As a founder of APCS, I have always been focused on finding innovative ways of getting the best business outcomes from technology. Whilst I like to keep an eye on technology trends I have always understood that most businesses need to be just behind the leading edge - not way out in front at the bleeding edge.
