Led the transition of OGE Energy Corp's $1.3B Energy Resources energy and emissions trading subsidiary from proprietary trading to more stable segments: disiplined arbitrage of energy storage/transportation and provision of risk management services.Provided energy transition services by hedging in energy markets and advising on NOx, SOx, methane and renewable energy (cap-and-trade compliance markets as well as book-and-claim voluntary markets).Contributed to risk management & governance as Chair of Enogex's Commodity Guidance Committee and as member of OGE Energy’s Corporate Risk Oversight Committee (reporting to public company audit committee). Restructured incentive compensation to align risk-takerss with shareholders.
