I am a SHRM-CP training Human Resources Generalist and a Master's Degree level Professional Clinical Counselor. I have at least 3 years of experience in the field to which I was also heavily trained in ethics, crisis management, and confidentiality. I have held job position's developing and being responsible for interviewing, onboarding, orientation, benefit management, payroll coordination and management, background checking and HRIS/file administration as well as many other duties. I have recently taken course work at Villanova University on HR Management for SHRM certification.
