Built and reviewed a $3,000,000 annual budget with accountability to all GL lines pertaining to The Distribution Department. Worked hand in hand with production to ensure quality service delivery to all stakeholders.Managed numerous vendors and numerous accounts as it related to preventative maintenance of all equipment, repairs, body work vendor management and all vehicle branding and brand compliance. Worked with Department of Transport to ensure all requirements were met.I worked hand in hand with our production team and warehouse facility to ensure our inventory was managed closely as it was an extremely seasonal business with water consumption rising in the summer. Coordination of source water, trucking and logistics to supply our spring water requirements was of utmost importance.
