This included developing short- and long-term portfolio strategies through the use of detailed analytics. As the acquisition & development face of our organization, I established relationships with key stakeholders and local leaders in our target markets, as well as with brokers, owners, operators, and attorneys. While in this role, I drove industrial acquisitions with an aggregate value of $35M+. I also drove the disposition of a $12M land parcel in the City of Chicago.

I also managed The Mayfair Collection project, a $40M adaptive reuse retail development featuring Dick’s Sporting Goods, Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, Sacks Off Fifth, and Ulta.

As the Regional Vice President, I served as a partner-level member of the executive team responsible for managing airport redevelopment and bulk distribution projects in core Chicago industrial submarkets. This included sourcing, negotiating, and managing land, built-to-suit, redevelopment, and speculative industrial projects. For each engagement, I fully managed the due diligence and negotiations processes.While in this role, I generated $100M+ in value from the successful completion of over 1,000,000 SF of industrial development projects.

MTI is a design/build and construction management firm recognized for providing high-quality, cost-effective solutions for institutional, municipal, and corporate customers. As the President of Development, I led the strategic direction and vision for the organization while managing end-to-end business operations, including sales, marketing, business development, and financial functions. This also included nurturing high-profile relationships, enabling the organization to secure government approvals when needed with local, state, and federal jurisdictions. While in this role, I sourced and completed $250M+ in projects, including 100+ built-to-suit and speculative engagements within ten years.
