Professional Experience:While trained as a Mechanical Engineer, my career contains over 35 years of field construction experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction of industrial, mechanical and power projects. These projects varied in size from $2 to $280 million These projects include complex water and waste water treatment plants, gas digesters, Siemens and Solar gas turbines, district energy, cogeneration utility plants, power plants, coal conversions, ice storage for peak shaving, data center utilities and various energy related projects. We were part of the Chevron Energy Service's team to construct the first-of-its-kind energy project, established through the Department of Defense's enhanced-use lease authority, for a $100 million central utility plant, which provides for continuous steam, chilled water, conditioned electricity and standby emergency power to reliably meet the needs of the National Interagency Biodefense Campus' (NIBC) biomedical and biodefense research. This central utility plant was substantially complete and operational in 9 months...yes out of the ground and online is 9 months!Recent projects include, Mission Critical Infrastructure, Power Turbines, Demand Response Generators, Data Center chilled water and power. Design Build Cogeneration with CHP and CAT generators.
