Valuation Associate for a Fortune 500 Real Estate Company in the Valuation and Advisory Services Department. I provided clients with valuation services for various types of commercial real estate. My daily responsibilities ranged from property inspection and due diligence discovery work, to analysis and reporting. Other responsibilities included primary data mining, demographic and market analysis, as well as meeting and interviewing various market participants. I became knowledgeable with the various types of value such as the sales comparison, income, and cost approaches to value, as well as client specific approaches to value such as insurable value and disposition value.An accomplishment I am proud of from my time at CBRE would be my creation of various systems of efficiency that cut the due diligence process time down from 20 hours to approximately 4 hours.

As Project Director, I specializing in acquisition assessment and property valuation, where it was my role to evaluate potential properties for purchase. Field Adjuster for a Fortune 500 Mutual Insurance Company. In this position, my tasks included handling all property and liability claims within an established territory. This involved assessing damage, proper investigation, and explanation of benefits for both personal and commercial policies. My personal responsibility level was with claim reserves up to $100,000. Daily activities included working with professional contractors, engineers, attorneys, and insurance agents. I became experienced in the Marshall and Swift/Boeckh insurance estimation program. I also completed intensive 2-week training in construction basics at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wisconsin.Before my promotion to Field Adjuster, I began with the company as an Automobile Adjuster, handling all aspects of automobile claims from the submission of the claim to resolution. This position included physical and property damage, bodily injury, subrogation, and any other aspect relating to the handling of an automobile claim.In my time at Auto-Owners I am most proud of how I was able to consistently maintain a low pending claim count in relation to office averages because of the efficiency of my work product.
