About Craig Laird

I have worked in the change arena for nearly two decades now. I started off my change career as an Improvement Analyst progressing to my current position of Technical Delivery Manager.Alongside my Business & Test Analyst experience, I have a solid understanding of Project Management principles, practices and tools and have a proven track record of delivering results.Change & IT is something I have always had a keen interest in. Fortunately over the last few years I have had opportunities to manage various changes/projects. In previous roles, I have been responsible for planning, creating and managing change requests, securing internal and external resource, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), live confidence testing and managing issues and risks. I’ve always kept stakeholders updated during each phase of a change, use my influencing skills when required, issuing communications pre and post implementations and attempting to charge costs back to each individual project.I am conscientious and self-motivated and I have been heavily involved in delivering business process and system changes that have positively impacted the customer experience, reduced costs and mitigated regulatory and mandatory risks.I have strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, both of which have been proven over the years. The relationships I've built up during my career have been invaluable and have certainly helped me in more recent roles and I am comfortable communicating with people at all levels.I am committed to pursuing a career in Change & IT. I take pride in my work and with a positive attitude always put the needs of the customer first ensuring that their expectations are at the forefront of any development or enquiry.
