The team uses many top agile methodologies (e.g., daily scrum, sprints, blameless post-mortems) and a variety of open-source development tools.

Responsible for Identity Manager, a product with 1100+ customers. Led mission to deliver release 5.1, quarterly adapters, and role management betas. Drove execution across family, including major organic role modeling function and convergence plan with strategic outsourcing division. Team spanned 3 US sites plus GMU sites (India, ANZ).

Led delivery of Change and Configuration Management Database (CCMDB), a project that required building an entire team from scratch. Drove Tivoli’s first ISM product (CCMDB 1.1) to general availability; this was built on two newly-acquired major assets, Maximo (from MRO acquisition) and TADDM. Responsponsibilities included portfolio-wide test, Release Process Manager product, and solution integration with the Service Request Manager product.
