• Co-Architect of an IBM cross-divisional Business Manager’s Workbench for managing product development and market segmentation• Architected, designed, and implemented a data warehouse for consolidation of financial and sales data from nine chemical holding firm operating companies running legacy and relational operations systems. Data modeled an Oracle repository and a multidimensional Pilot Analysis Server OLAP database in an HP-UX environment, designed a data transfer agent, and designed a Windows data analysis and reporting application. • Implemented Lotus Development Corporation’s Lotusphere conference network including testing and deploying Notes 4.0 servers and client applications for the distribution of streaming video via VideoNotes, Notes web browsing, and internet email access. Setup and configured of Windows NT and OS/2 Warp Connect servers on a HP VG100 AnyLan network over TCP/IP, setup the VideoNotes SiteManager for video replication and management, installed and configured the VideoNotes client in Windows 95, configured InterNotes for serving HTTP requests, and configured an SMTP gateway for Notes and cc:Mail. • Presented Microsoft Internet technology including Front Page, Office Internet Assistants, and Internet Information Server at a joint marketing seminar with Microsoft.

• Designed and implemented a Windows based data delivery and analysis system integrating existing back-end mainframe DBMS and SPSS for Windows using Visual Basic and SPSS• Analyses of the significance of store attribute and demographic profiles on product performance utilizing the chi-square statistic and correlation coefficients using SAS and SPSS. • Developed automated Excel VBA reports for weekly share, promotion, and price gap for a major cigarette manufacturer. • Trained users in Excel VBA, SPSS, and SAS; site consultant for both SAS and SPSS.

• Analyzed appliance ownership, weather, and demographic effects on energy usage. • Co-developed and implemented a data management system for a large-scale load monitoring and analysis system. • Developed and compared post-stratification random sampling and ratio estimation weighting methodologies for calculating population energy usage. • Developed SAS data validation/analysis systems for engineering projects. • Developed MS Windows interfaces in C with the Windows SDK for logit and engineering models. • Acquired, installed, and maintained IBM-PC, Macintosh, communications, applications software, networking hardware and software, and solid-state electric load monitors.
