Led and managed and large finance business team on the successful launch of a global end-to-end implementation of SAP. Partnered with over 80 cross-functional and cross-cultural team members. This project included SAP ECC 6.0 FI-CO and integrations with a Hybris to SD front-end, Vistex for marketing promotions and MLM commissions, Paymetric for credit card processing, Vertex for sales tax, SAP travel management, and an external BI data-warehouse reporting solution. Responsible for all phases of the project including global design considerations, business requirements, data conversion, testing, security roles, cut-over, and post go-live support. Other activities included stakeholder management, redesign of policies and procedures to support SAP best practices, SAP workflow, hands-on T&E training, user support, and post go-live enhancements.

Worked with management to develop contingency plans and expense controls to ensure meeting financial targets. Provided analysis and recommendations on new sales and marketing campaigns, changes in the compensation plan, or ad-hoc projects. Automated an extensive bi-annual parent company reporting package and documented procedures. Finance lead on the conversion and implementation of a JDEdwards ERP System.
