Reduction of Past Due's from almost $1 million to zero within the first 6 months.Production flow assessment and changes being implemented to increase capacity, and improve ergonomic functions with employees.Reduction of raw materials to support free cash-flow, and make what the customer wants when they want it.Significant reduction to virtually zero, in Overtime hours.Significant reduction in lead-time from conception to product shipping.Reduction in the use of contract general labor.Budgeting responsibilities for facility.Key Target metrics created with the team, and measured for valued responses.Standard Work utilized and filtered throughout the facility.Achieved a healthy positive Value-Add EBIDTA in 2017.

Full P&L responsibility for 60,000 sq ft privately held manufacturing plant, that produces storage locker systems, and stall partitions. Reduce Past Due orders from more than $750,000 to $0 in less than 12 weeks. Staying at $0 Past Due from July 30, 2015 forward! Successfully negotiated a new 3-year USW contract in 2016.Reduction of raw materials to support free cash-flow, and make what customer wants when they want it.Significant reduction in Overtime hours into 2016 (90% reduction from 2015).Significant reduction in lead-time from conception to product shipping.New All Welded Locker manufacturing program put into place for new revenue stream.Positive value-add EBIDTA in 2016 and 2017.
