I'm an Account Executive within the Group Protection Team at IHC. I have nine years of experience in the group protection industry, covering multiple products, platforms, and processes. I am passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.Previously, I worked as an Insurance Specialist at YuLife. There, I helped manage the daily flow of emails from providers and customers, communicating effectively through different methods, whilst applying my extensive knowledge of the group life, group critical illness, and group income protection products. I also have experience with flexible benefits products.Prior to that, I worked as a Group Protection Insurance Specialist at Aviva, where I led new employee training academies, systems thinking projects, and even helped lead my team during my manager's annual leave. I helped with leading the team that liaised with the largest UK brokers, senior consultants, and other market leaders; always ensuring the level of service that my team provided met or exceeded our customers' expectations.I pride myself on my ability to rapidly adapt to any changes within the workplace, and wider industry. Always championing change, and challenging any system conditions that may stand in the way of progress. I believe that success is garnered through knowledge, both by learning from our own mistakes and experiences, as well as our peers and competitors.
