Manage overall relationship of three accounts generating over $3 million in revenue annually. Relationships encompasses the processing of over 6 million mail pieces, emails and imported images per year. Mail is opened and sorted by applying agreed upon business rules, paper documents are scanned using IBML Track 4 scanners. Data is captured (locally and offshore/near shore) using proprietary software developed internally to meet client’s requirements. Data is securely transmitted to the client in a flat file and accompanied by scanned images of the documents processed. All work is accomplished in a PCI certified secure environment. Responsible for meeting Quality and Delivery service level agreements detailed in the individual contracts, SOW’s and related Business Requirements and Change Control documents. Assume the role of Project Manager including directing development resources in the US, Mexico and India on all new additions or changes to the existing software.
