I’m a management consultant helping businesses ensure that their people are equipped to perform optimally in their respective roles. Having worked within the management consulting, HR, digital, EdTech, behavioural, and people performance landscape for more than a decade, I founded Four and One Consulting with the vision and aim of growing the person within every professional we work with. As such, we take an individual and human-centered approach to understanding and addressing employees’ barriers to performance. I have a passion for people performance and behavioural psychology, and I am motivated by combining these passions in deriving ways for people and businesses to understand more about themselves in order to perform and grow. I have a master’s degree in Industrial Psychology. I am a qualified strengths coach and trainer, and I have many years’ experience working as a management consultant at an executive business level.
