Having worked within the management consulting, HR, digital, EdTech, behavioural, and people performance landscape for more than a decade, I founded Four and One Consulting with the vision and aim of growing the person within every professional we work with. As such, we take an individual and human-centered approach to understanding and addressing employees’ barriers to performance. I have a passion for people performance and behavioural psychology, and I am motivated by combining these passions in deriving ways for people and businesses to understand more about themselves in order to perform and grow. I have a master’s degree in Industrial Psychology. I am a qualified strengths coach and trainer, and I have many years’ experience working as a management consultant at an executive business level.
