About Craig Mcneil

In almost two decades I have worked in a wide variety of restaurants and hotels. My first job in the kitchen taught me how kitchens work , how they flow, how everything in them must be respected. I have gained knowledge of many different styles of food and different types of cuisine. I am a self starter, I started at the bottom and worked my way to the top through sheer determination, hard work and for my love of anything food related. Food excites me, I love to get creative with the freshest of ingredients and push myself to try new things, new techniques and styles. Growing up in Scotland I learned how to work with fresh caught game from the land and I would cook French influenced dishes with these products, this is what really got me hooked on cooking.
