    Senior role reporting into the company directors; the role is focused on the strategic management of all functions and activities relating to health, safety, environment and training for a public service transport provider which includes multiple workstreams, projects and initiatives. My role also includes the management of the ISO audits linked to developing an integrated management system underpinned by improving the ISO 9001 Quality Audit processes.The Health and Safety strategy includes establishing improved risk assessments standards and controls, rejuvenating safety culture and engagement and attaining the ISO 45001 certification. Environment and Facilities strategy has including managing a CDM project linked to the introduction of electric fleet, seeking opportunities to reduce carbon impacts and improve sustainability including onsite electric car chargers, proposals for solar panels and monitoring environmental aspects and impacts linked to the ISO 14001 certification. Continued building on the strategy identified in my previous Training and Development Mangers through developing a training brand called LEAD (Leadership Engagement and Development) allowing me to create and delivering a leadership programme to circa 20 managers on site, plus continuing to upskilling Engineering teams linked to training on the new electric vehicles and being recognised as ‘a shining light in the company’ by the Managing Director for the achievements within the Training Academy initiative (see Training and Development Manager below).
