With extensive Project Management and Cost Management experience, I have been an integral input into many projects where both procurement and development of a strategic plan to deliver complex projects has been critical to the overall planning and success of the project’s outcome. My experience is derived from working with government departments, commercial, local councils and health boards across a range of projects that include office space, industrial sites, hospitals, schools, prisons, hotels and heritage buildings and airports.I am an experienced Engineer to the Contract (including Principals Representative) on project contracts, including being involved in assisting projects requiring senior leadership to bring a project back on programme and budget. I am effective in mediation and resolving disputes between parties to forge a path for a project’s success.Given the broad range of experience and being involved in projects from the concept to final delivery, I have the required skill set to assist clients in the initial review and strategic planning for projects.
