Managed external creative vendors and freelance resources. Responsible for the global creative direction of all things web, digital, print, packaging, point of purchase, and video for Vitamix.

Responsibilities included artistic and creative direction of Vitamix.com, video projects and other Vitamix branded digital properties. I managed external creative vendors and resources and oversaw the creative execution and delivery of all digital projects.

Collaborated with product, marketing, sales, community implementation, and engineering teams in a diverse, agile, product development environment. Highlights include redesign of an Advisory Board product and pre-set luxury skin design systems utilizing Bootstrap. Clients include Astra Zeneca, Bayer, Johnson + Johnson, and Sanofi.

Minch Design was a strategic partner and collaborated with WRIS by leading the Interaction Design and Visual Design phases of select projects.

I was contracted to lead the visual design portion of Cleveland Clinic's website redesign project. I collaborated with other ux professionals, project managers, designers and Cleveland Clinic's internal team of writers, designers, information architects and developers.

I taught an introductory course for the Mac OSX operating system and Adobe's Creative Suite software including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsible for user interface design, usability testing, analysis and reporting within National City’s Information Services division. Project highlights include online banking user interface design, visual design support for online marketing promotions and creation of landing page templates and guidelines.

Started as a Consultant (Designer), promoted to Senior Consultant (Art Director) and later Practice Lead (Creative Director). I managed day-to-day operations for a 10 person creative team. Primary responsibilities included design and front-end development quality assurance, project management, sales and business development initiatives, resource scheduling, forecasting, and employee recruitment. Forged partnerships with vendors to further expand capabilities. Clients include Glidden Paint, Pearle Vision, Charter One Bank, National City, Huntington Bank, Things Remembered and other Fortune 500 companies.
