My practice includes general counsel work for privately owned businesses and have provided counsel and transactional legal representation to various types of businesses from start-ups to well-established going concerns.In addition to the American Bar Association and the State Bar of California, I am also a member of the Riverside County Bar Association’s Business Law Section and Probate, Trust and Estate Planning Section. When not spending time with my clients, I am a lecturer at the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry’s practice management seminar.In my free time, I enjoy golf and spending time with my family as well as coaching my children’s youth sports teams.
