Accountable for providing, evaluating, and maintaining the integrity of the Total Rewards program. As an AGCO-licensed supervisor with the Total Rewards Centre at Caesars Windsor, many of my duties include but aren't limited to; assisting and communicating with guests, conducting audits and in-depth investigations into accounts, supervising and assisting total rewards representatives with guest concerns and transactions, making major and minor adjustments, and working closely with various departments to ensure the best possible experience for guests. For five years, I specialized in covering a range of community stories for both television, social media, and online viewing to connect the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo; from education, and not-for-profit organizations to local sports, current affairs, and the 2016 Fort McMurray Wildfire. I’ve also had the opportunity to assist Global Edmonton, Global Calgary and Global National in shooting various stories when sending a news team to Fort McMurray wasn’t feasible. After only four years with the company, I was promoted to Programming Supervisor for Shaw TV Fort McMurray and oversaw a team of three. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know the people living in the Wood Buffalo Region and grateful to them for allowing me to be their voice and tell their many stories.

Brought on as an intern to cover a wide range of sporting events at various competitive levels within Windsor and Essex County, fulfilling a one-month internship. Accomplished various duties including breaking sporting news, reporting, post-game interviews, editing audio clips, and writing stories utilizing CP guidelines for both morning and afternoon newscasts.
